b. Email Platform

Email communications are sent via Beehiiv, a third-party email platform. By subscribing, your email address will be stored and processed by Beehiiv in accordance with their Privacy Policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.

c. Frequency

We will not spam you. Emails are sent only when there is meaningful news or a launch notification to share.

d. Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. You may also request removal by emailing [email protected]. We will process all unsubscribe requests promptly.

e. No Guarantee of Launch

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, a specific launch date, or any purchase rights. Waitlist signups carry no financial obligation on either party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game names, artwork, and code — is the property of Noben Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission.

Game titles including Wildform and Wildform Clash are products of Noben Studio LLC. All associated names, characters, artwork, and game mechanics are proprietary.

6. User Content & Submissions

If you contact us via email or any contact form, you grant Noben Studio LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for the purposes of responding to your inquiry or improving our products and services. We will not publicly share your communications without your consent.

We do not accept unsolicited game ideas, pitches, or creative submissions. Any such materials sent to us will not be treated as confidential and may be disregarded.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Noben Studio LLC makes no warranty that:
